Scope of Work:

Construction of new staircase, removal of old spiral staircase.

New privacy screens and replacement of old damaged plasterboard.

Removal of old carpet to expose the beautiful native timber flooring.

We created new functionality to the house by adding a new staircase going straight from the front door through to the kitchen, no more lugging groceries and heavy items up a narrow spiral staircase!
